"2 ways to get  your race programs printed for FREE"

1. Simply contact your local printer. Tell them you're hosting a race night and ASK them if they'll print them for your for free since it's a fundraiser AND they get to use it as a charitable deduction from your organization. You can tell them they can print a line "programs printed compliments of XYZ printing" as a commercial to all the people in your organization! They may not give it to you for free, but perhaps they'll print them for you at an extremely discounted rate ... or their 'cost'. 

2. Also, open the Fundraising Secrets PDF and go to page 38 (of the DOCUMENT PAGE NUMBERING or page 43 of 71 of the PDF) ... using the idea of putting together a show Souvenir program and 'sellling' local businesses 'advertising' space in that program could be a major source of income for your group. Danielle Seals with Make-A-Wish used this idea and had her whole night paid for weeks before it even took place. 

"6 Easy Race Program Templates For You To Use"

   Below you'll find 6 different templates to use for your race programs. You can use them exactly as they are now or you can edit them a bit to fit you needs. Some of them have room for horse names, race sponsors, owner names, jockey names and some don't. You can mix and match ideas. The first 4 are in Excel format and the last two are in MSWord format. NOTE: If our offices are printing your programs, YOU MUST USE TEMPLATE #3 OR #5 and  I will need the COMPLETED PROGRAM emailed to me by NOON the THURSDAY before your races. Doing so 48 hours give me time to fix any printing issues that may occur.

Some of my clients want to know what some of the most popular and funny horse names are. You can use these if you desire to 'fill in' any gaps in your program if you happen to not sell 100 horse names.
